the room is very good, but the location is far from the beach.. 25-30 minutes by walking (and it s very tiring) and 5-10 minutes by motorcycle...the recepcionist cannot speak english well, and stand by only from 8 am until 5 pm...

breakfast not very good,half a cup of tea/coffee,not toasted toast,small amount of butter,jam between 2,but staff where happy and friendly,20 mins walk from beach,a bit hard to find,as it is so small

Clean and tidy. Decor not shabby. Didnt go for dark green walls but life aint perfect. No views of sea and location a good walk or taxi into town but you get what you pay for. Plenty bars/eateries close by. Staff very helpful on reception and cleaning staff excellent. Minibar in fridge ok. B/F was ok. Website states acc suitable for singles or couples, well it was mainly used by men bringing young ladies back. Accommodation of this level allows guests to bring back additionals without charge so it can make the room rate of 1000 baht interesting. Noise created by additionals was not too bad if you don t mind flip flop noise, giggles, doors banging and the occassional thank you. Alex on reception was a star at her job. Recommend for men but not ladies but ten depends what you want Would go back.		 This was ok. Asked for info on type of client using hotel and got it.

I got a wherry nice welcome and it was wherry nice room so i exstended my sty with another 3 days.Can eazy recomend the place . Gudmund		 Booking worked well.
