Good location if you want to be away from busy Patong area, but still close enough to walk although on your return you have to negotiate a very steep short hill. Ideal if you hire a motorscooter. Nice big clean rooms. Pool area was lovely. Breakfast was very good. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel most comfortable. Definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Good value for money		 Very efficient

The Hotel wasn t completed ! there were work in progress all around . The spa area wasn t ready ! Maybe will be better than now ...... but not in a short time !
