I stayed 3 nights in this hotel. very good room , friendly staffs and excellent location. definitely I will stay again.		 I always do my booking through sawadee.com , No problem at all.

the room was good value for money. the people were great. the masseuses at the foot of the hotel were genuinely very friendly even if i didn t patronise them. the room was clean and ok for me. it s not pan pacific or anything like that but it was good enough. besides, i didn t pay a million pounds for a night. the location was just great. out of the hotel and turn left - and within seconds, you ll be in the shopping belt and the beach. out of the hotel and turn right - and you ll be within an earshot of the famous bangla road and more shooping. fantastic stuff!		 easy peasy : )

Location was great to night life and the beach! Staff was outstanding and took care of me very well.		 This was a last min trip and I could not find another source for a hotel. They provided a good place at a decent rate for the peak time. Over all was pleased with the good communication and follow up.

Ok first the PLUS if you want a hotel on the beach this is it. If you want a hotel close to the Nightlife its only 50 meters to Patongs Main Nightlife area.They gave us 2 rooms beacuse it was easier than arranging an extra bed. great freindly staff etc.Cooll aircon Ok Minus there is no lift its only 2 stories high so thats not really a bad thing. And for the price thats really the only minus. Its up a small lane 20meters from the beach we enjoyed our stay there If Location is everything this place has it.		 all good as always

The location is great, the en-suite room was clean but with slightly scruffy walls. The entrance, through a little shopping arcade, is unusual, the receptin minimal and the corridors bare, but I cannot fault the room for what it is. Having said that I think the price reflects its position on the beach road and next time I stay in Patong I think I will try one of the guest houses on Soi Sansabai - they seem to be about 500B cheaper but closer to parking and still very convenient.

This was a good place to stay for a budget minded traveler. Due to high volume of travelers during peak season it was difficult to find an affordable hotel. This hotel was both affordable and accomodating. It is not a luxury hotel but very basic. Close to beach and staff extremely friendly and helpful. I am used to more refined hotels but as earlier stated this was a good alternative for the money.

è veramente un bel posto vicino alla bangla road e di fronte al mare....le camere non sono molto grandi ma hanno tutto....ma sopratutto sono molto pulite e le lenzuola vengono cambiate spesso...sawadee		 veramente ok

I did my research on the hotels/hostels/resorts around Patong Beach as we were only wanting to stay 2 nights seeing as we re not big fans of the place. I came across this hotel/motel and couldn t look past it seeing as the price was brilliant for what we were after (which consisted of the essentials: comfortable bed, hot water, air-con, good location). This hotel definitely fulfilled all of these essentials . The hotel is ideally located directly across from Patong Beach and is about 10 meters from Bangla Road. THe lcoation was absolutely perfect for us as we love being in the mix of it all and whilst we thought it would be quite noisey, it definitely wasn t. The staff there were great and the rooms were HUGE and so were the bathrooms! We were actually very shocked with just how much value for money you get from this hotel! We we like doing overnight or two night stays in Patong when in Thailand before backpacking and island hopping through the rest of Thailand, we will definitely use this hotel again and again. Can t fault it at all!		 Brilliant - as always. No hassles whatsoever. Will continue to use sawadee due to the hassle free booking system as well as the competitive rates and the great info the site provides.

This hotel was in a fantastic location - right across from the beach and heaps of market shopping on the street. Rooms are really clean, the staff are so friendly, and there is a good massage place underneath. If you get a room right next to the Banana Disco nightclub it can be a bit loud at night - but it didn t worry us as we were so tired every night after so much food and beer!! About 5 minutes walk up the street there is a great restaurant called Loma Restaurant - right on the beach - their food is fantastic - the beer is cold and cheap, and you can sit with your feet in the sand while you enjoy! We will definately stay at this hotel again as it was FANTASTIC value for money!		 Very easy and convenient
