Nice Hotel,specially the location that nearby the shopping mall and foodcourt. just take 2 minutes to Robinson square and the happening street at Bangla Road.		 Easy and good service.

The hotel is neat and clean and the staff is highly courteous and helpful to the foreigners. One thing I missed badly in the hotel is the arrangemment for a morning cuppa, without which it was difficult for me to open my eyes - especially after the long night-out!		 Highly professional and helpful

Basically the worst hotel I ve ever stayed at. Terrible service, terrible and noisy location with a depressing view, the hotel staff speak maybe 3 words of english (on a good day) and are completely unproffesional. Thin walls, which is really a bad thing because it took me 30 minutes to realize that this hotel is basicallly just a dump where bald and fat men bring their prostitues. That seems to be the only purpose of this hotel because the only thing working is the bed. The AC is REALLY loud ad impossible to control but you have to have it on all the time because the rooms are ridiculously small. The toilet didn t work so we had to move to another room (when we complained, the lady at the reception just gave us a key to another room as if she was used to this, she barely looked at us, just handed us the key...) But in the new room the LOCK didn t work and there was a leak somewhere (either in the walls or in the floor) so the whole floor was drenched with water. Jeez, I don t even know if I should continue, I could write a book about how disgusting this place is but this should be sufficient. I m laughing now, but believe me, when I stayed at this place, I was almost angry.		 Worked great!

10000% recommendation base on my good experience. Easy to access all shops, resturant, bars, hotel, food court, whatever you can think in a tourist places.. I will come back again and stay this hotel.The recepsonist lady was very nice, she alwasy smile and ready to help.		 I have used this site many times and it is superb.

Hotel is located perfectly nearby Bangla Road. Staff was very helpfull when the airco didn t work. Very nice room and the price is amazing. Will definitely come back here end of the year !		 Second year in a row that I use Sawadee and it s working wonderfully. I am very happy with the service you guys ( and girls) provide !

i had a great time in thailand and the hotel was perfekt located neer the beach and next to the nightlife.nice clean rooms and good service. i will stay there next time i go to thailand		 very easy to book on the site

It was a great place to stay. Great location very close to the Bagla road (the bars and party street), and the beach is 3 minute walk. Rooms are big and always clean with two bottles of complimentary water. Very near to Bangle road, but the rooms was quite at night. Reception are always happy and helpful. Nothing bad to say about the stay here, would stay here again and again no questions asked!		 Excellent as usual, I wouldn t want to use any other reservation service when travelling to Thailand!!

200% recommendation base on my wonderful experience. Easy for shooping near bank, Junceylon, Patong beach, Bazar, restaurant n nightclub... very happening area. No regret stay here.. will choose these hotel again if i come back to Phuket again.. 		sawadee.com can be relay on so dont afraid of using these website, these is my 1st experience with them but they treat me like regular customer..

Emmm.... bathroom quite smelly even after they have clean it... But its a great location to stay very near to pub, bristro, beach is abt 5 to 7 minutes away from hotel.... Its new hotel.... 		always the best

This was my second time staying at Rico s and it was just great, once again. The staff is friendly, the rooms are big and clean and the location of the hotel is ideal. It s a great hotel for anyone who needs a place to stay for a night or two if transferring to Phi Phi Island or has an early morning flight.		 Sawadee.com is easy and safe to use. I have used this booking service several times and have never had any problems.

The hotel did a great job, and is in a convenient location. The rooms are clean, nice and quiet, and decorated well. Many restaurants and a new mall is just down the street. The hotel accidentally booked us for the wrong room, and immediately corrected the problem, and with a smile! The only down side is that the doors that join rooms are a bit thin, and rowdy neighbors may be bothersome. We travel a lot, and we re not picky, but the sheets were a bit scratchy which doesn t feel so great on a sunburn. :) Otherwise, this was a great hotel, and we would stay there again.		 good job.
