Small hotel, very clean, quiet even though situated close to Patong Beach. As I arrived late at 1 a.m. and left in the afternoon, I had not used the pool or meal service. Nevertheless, the shower, bed and room was worth for the budget.		 Excellent.

Me and my family were very pleased with our staying at Seven Seas Hotell. They were all very friendly and helpful at the hotel. They kept the room clean and the breakfast you could buy was good and to good price. It s close to the in my opinion best part of Patong beach and not to far away from good night life if that s what you are looking for. If we come back to Patong this hotel would be high on our list. Thanks to you all at Seven seas for a great staying. Peter, Christina and Sandra		 Great :-)

I stayed at the Seven Seas from 9th – 12th March 2010. My stay was very pleasant. The room was big, clean and small family could stay in the room. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I booked some of my tours and show at the hotel itself. American breakfast for 100baht was a good deal..if the hotel also a good menu to choose from…tomyam was nice…over all my stay was plesant...		 Was good

Our party of four stayed at the Seven seas hotel two weeks. Hotel was very nice. Service was good and friendly. Rooms were very clean and they were thorouhgly cleaned every day. Food was good. We liked the location of the hotel very much. It s by the quiet little street at the north end of Patong Beach far enough from the crowded and noisy Bangla. Staff at the hotel was friendly. I warmly recommend this hotel if you looking for a quiet, nice, clean hotel.		 There were no problems during the whole process.

friendly staff - pool very small but deep. No lift at moment so not ideal if on 3 or 4 floor. About a 20 minute walk to the centre of Patong and tuk tuks want 200 baht - cheaper to rent a motorbike

small hotel, basic facilities. Staff helpful and friendly. Hotel is quite a walk from Bangla Road. Pool looks nice, but is small and no sunloungers or space to sunbathe, only 5 minute walk to the beach

Based on the price I paid, can t complain much. 20mins walk to Patong central. 5mins walk to beach. 10mins walk to 7-11, massage place, internet place and food places. Price of the foods in the hotel are reasonable and tasty. Free access of wireless internet but need to bring your own laptop. They don t have a computer except their own laptop which they don t lend to hotel guests. Staffs are good and polite. Room is very clean and spacious. Will go back there for sure. :-)		 As good as before. Very happy.

Nice hotel with basic amenities, clean, rooms and very friendly staff. We had 2 rooms, one of the rooms had no hot water. Located a little away from the shopping and the parties.

Clean, quiet. Friendly staff. Breakfast not included but American breakfast for 100 baht. Small menu but good food. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be away fom the hub-bub of Bangla as it s at the far north end of Patong beach. Tuk-tuk ride anywhere in Patong - 200 baht if you re going 200m or 5km.		 I have been using Sawadee for the past 5 years - never a problem. Perfect

We stayed here recently for a few days. The location was to the north end of the Patong beach. But the location was great proximity to the beach and 15-20 minutes walking from the main strip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was also a nice touch after a whole day of swimming in the open salt ocean water. Would recommend.		 We booked it through an agent and it was simple and easy.
